Job Description- Supporting the finance team in preparing and maintaining financial records.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Participating in the annual budgeting process.
- Processing invoices, reconciliations and expenses claims.
- Complying with all regulatory requirements within the property industry.
- Assisting with auditing processes.
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects as required.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A solid educational background in finance or a related field.
- A strong interest in the property industry.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work well in a team.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A competitive salary in the range of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum.
- Study support after a 6 month probation period.
