Location(s): Leicester, London or Bexhill (Hybrid). Although this role is majority homeworking, there is an expectation that you'll be able to commute to the office at least once a quarter.

Job Details
  • Developing a complete understanding of internal claims processes, new initiatives, best practice and the impact of inefficient processes on customer service, leakage and fraud
  • Carrying out robust, risk based audits across these areas
  • Delivering balanced, accurate and evidenced feedback to leadership and teams, highlighting strengths and areas of developing and providing solutions where required
  • Identifying areas for indemnity savings and taking steps to deliver the financial benefits
  • Managing root cause analysis for all complaints (including FOS) and recommending improvements that support the goal of reducing complaints and increasing renewal retention
  • Effectively identifying, managing and reporting risk within your area of responsibility and enhancing the risk management culture within your area
Skills we would love you to have
  • Claims experience and sound knowledge across a few of the below areas (ideally around 3 or 4 areas) such as Customer Journey/FNOL, Own Damage, Total Loss, Intervention, Recovery, Third Party Liability, Credit Hire, Bodily Injury (MOJ/Fastrack/Complex), Household Claims etc.
  • Excellent problem solving skills coupled with a proactive approach to work
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability in interpret MI and identify areas of risk and opportunity
