About Appvia
At Appvia, we’re building the future of cloud delivery and platform engineering. We're a London-based, bootstrapped startup helping organisations across government and enterprise build scalable, secure cloud platforms. Our clients include names like the UK’s Home Office and Ralph Lauren — and we’re proud of the impact our people make.
Now, we’re looking for someone exceptional to take ownership of our People function. This is a chance to shape the culture and experience of every Appvian — driving HR strategy, improving processes, and supporting our incredible team.
This is not just a back-office HR job — it’s a high-trust, high-autonomy opportunity to shape the people operations function end-to-end. We’re looking for a confident and empathetic HR generalist who’s excited about crafting a better workplace.
About the Role
As our standalone People Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — while working closely with leaders across the business. You’ll drive performance management, learning and development, DE&I, employee engagement and more.
You’ll be trusted to bring creative solutions to real people problems, improve our processes, ensure compliance, and help make Appvia one of the best places to work in tech.
