• Salary: £60,000 - £72,000 per annum (DOE)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team within a primary care setting in Liverpool. Day-to-day of the role:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
• Provide expert clinical advice and support to patients, managing both chronic conditions and acute illnesses.
• Prescribe medications, utilising the V300 qualification.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and cohesive care delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and participate in continuous professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Advanced Practice.
• V300 Prescribing qualification.
• Proven experience in primary or urgent care settings.
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-focused approach to care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
