£25k-£30k per annum (DOE) OTE £60K-£80K first year, set to increase after one year of billing

Following another successful year, we are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant or sales professional to join our team in Reading.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with established accounts on a warm desk with live vacancies and clients. We are looking for a driven individual to learn the workings of recruitment whilst growing and maintaining this desk, with the potential to progress into a senior position.
Your impact/duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new client relationships.
- Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience.
- 360 Recruitment Process: From negotiating terms, to interviews to offer stages, you will manage the entire process.
- Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations.
