Class sizes are kept as small as possible to enable the maximum attention for each child and greater pupil participation. All teaching assistants are subject to a permanent contract with the school and potential teacher training in future.
If you believe you are suitable for this EYFS Teaching Assistant role then it is desireable for all applicants to hold a level 3 in Early Years. However, EYFS Teaching Assistants with experience in the education sector will also be considered for the role.

EYFS Teaching Assistant:- Working in Early Years provision
- Working with children aged 2 - 5 years old
- Working with the class teacher, supporting the children academically
