  • Salary: £29,583 - £41,964 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
We are seeking an inspiring and industry-experienced Lecturer in Performing Arts to support our dynamic Performing Arts department. The successful candidate will plan, deliver, assess and support learners across a range of Further Education Performing Arts programmes, while contributing to the development of outstanding and innovative curriculum provision.

You will teach and manage learning across all Performing Arts courses, direct productions for The Season, support curriculum development and play an active role in departmental quality assurance and student progress monitoring.

The role requires a passionate practitioner with strong acting and directing skills, excellent communication and organisational abilities, and the confidence to engage and motivate young people in a supportive yet disciplined environment. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the department and wider organisation, contribute to course marketing and publicity including social media and website management, and support a range of activities such as open events, shows, trips and parent evenings.

Experience within theatre, screen acting and post-16 education is highly desirable.
