For our REPLAY Outlet in York, we are looking for a representative and enthusiastic Part-time Sales Assistant (30 hours).
As you are our first stop contact with our customers, your drive is to give them the best customer experience as a true REPLAY ambassador. You maintain the day to day standards in presentation in the shop, and keep your assortment in stock levels up to date.In addition, you'll also take on the role of Key Holder.
Your profile:
A positive and enthusiastic person with great communication skillsFeeling for fashion and trends
Experience from a similar position for at least 1 year is a pre
You have a flexible attitude, working in weekends and during evenings is no problem for you
You are able to identify customer needs and answer all product related questions
Knowledge of the collection and special product information
Familiar with sales targets and KPI indicators
