Full Time, 8 Week Fixed Term ContractLocation: Staines
Days: Wednesday – Saturday: 11:00am – 7:30pm
Sunday: 10am – 4pm on SundaysPay: £112.80 per day + Up to 15% based on hot leads generated + 34p per mile (up to 10 miles daily)
About the Role:We're looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Fast Brand Ambassadors in Wickes. As part of this role, you will be promoting Solar Fast products in-store and engaging with customers to generate quality leads.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Soft sales and warm lead generation: Approach, engage, and build rapport with customers to showcase the key benefits of Solar Fast products
- Lead collection: Capture customer interest and input leads into the Wickes system for follow-up by Solar Fast
- Meet KPIs based on the volume and quality of leads generated
- Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner while providing valuable information
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and self-motivated individuals who can work independently
- Strong rapport-building skills with the ability to engage and inform customers
- Tenacious and enthusiastic approach to sales
- Ideally, experience or credibility in selling solar products
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in renewable energy
