Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retrofit Assessor to join our team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for assessing properties, identifying energy efficiency improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and deliver comprehensive Energy Performance Certificates, Retrofit Assessments and other technical assessments
- Identify and recommend energy efficiency improvements and retrofitting solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each assessment, including photographic documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to implement retrofit measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Providing expert advice and support to residents, resolving any issues that arise during a visit and providing a good level of customer service
Requirements:
- DEA accreditation and at least 3 years' DEA experience
- Retrofit assessor level 3 or 4 with proven experience as a Retrofit Assessor
- Asbestos Awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage a field-based workload.
- Full and valid UK driving licence.
