Part time Opticians Receptionist
Our client is a 'very high end’ bespoke opticians. Through continued growth they are looking to recruit a part time receptionist in their showroom.
Hours are 4 days a week 30 hours to be worked on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9-5.30 one hour for lunch, (some extra hours to cover holidays may be available)
The ideal person will have exceptional presentation AND enjoy giving great customer service.
Daily tasks will be -
Monday and Tuesday based on main reception
Meeting all new patients booking in for their eye appointment.
Booking new future appointments
Looking after the patient and help to choose frames, lenses etc
Completing documentation
Tuesday and Thursday
Booking in Glaucoma patients
Managing a Glaucoma clinic (full training given), checking pressure and eye test
Checking patient history and puttiing onto system
Completing documentation for all.
