• Preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintenance of the general ledger and reconciliation of balance sheets.
• Assisting with year-end financial statements and audits.
• Development of internal control policies and procedures.
• Support the finance team in the development of the accounting system.
• Ad-hoc financial projects as required.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong technical accounting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software packages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach to work, with a focus on continuous improvement.
