Job Description
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks, such as document management and record keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Contribute to the organisation of staff training and development programmes.
  • Help with the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and staff handbooks.
  • Handle queries and provide general HR advice to employees within the company.
  • Comply with all the legal and company rules and requirements.
  • Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Admin should have:

  • A background in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • For this role you will need to have Cascade experience
  • For this role you will need to have experience within Data
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
