Private Client Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private ClientSolicitor to join a well-established law firm. This role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £45,000 - £60,000.
As a Private ClientSolicitor, you will oversee a diverse caseload spanning a wide range of private client matters.
You will be responsible for:
- Drafting wills, ranging from straightforward to complex.
- Providing estate and tax planning advice.
- Offering guidance on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax.
- Advising on and managing trusts.
- Handling probate and estate administration.
- Preparing and managing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Private Client Solicitor, Private Client Lawyer or in a similar role.
- Able to manage private client caseload independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a clear and accurate approach to casework.
- Practical, calm, and solutions-focused mindset for effective problem-solving.
