About the role

We are looking for a driven, hands on & passionate superstar to join our Travel Retail (TR) division based in London as a Marketing Executive for Global Travel Retail, reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager for TR.

As you will be joining a fast-growing division & function, you will be involved in a variety of areas of marketing, including: new retailer and location launch planning & execution, campaign activation, digital, online, eventing and more, to build and deliver ground-breaking, disruptive plans across all our TR retail partners.

As a Marketing Executive you will be
  • SUPPORTING INTEGRATED MARKETING CAMPAIGNS: work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and all departments from Commercial, Retail, Education, Global Marketing and Design, to deliver 360 marketing campaigns that push industry boundaries and break records. You will be accountable for the ideation, creation and sourcing of all marketing collateral to bring to life Global NPD campaigns in our existing distribution, own digital artwork briefing and delivery, working closely with retail managers on in-store eventing, support on always-on campaign activity and own post campaign analysis.
  • SUPPORT THE LAUNCH OF NEW RETAILERS: support the development and delivery of exceptional & strategic launch plans, in close collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager, Global, VM, Store Design, Commercial, and Retail teams. Collaborating with regional counterparts to ensure a robust sustain plan is in place to accelerate growth, maintaining ranking & brand awareness in our new locations.
  • DIGITAL NATIVE: supporting on developing disruptive & comprehensive digital marketing plans and continuously strive to improve customer experience with our retail partners, through content creation briefings, creating memorable brand moments through constant new news, and new limitless ideas to ultimately close the loop and offer the best omnichannel experience in everything we do.
  • COMPETITOR EXPERT: TR customer & activation obsessed! You will be responsible for understanding the TR market and key activations within the industry to uncover opportunities & gaps. Leading competitor activation tracking and sharing updates with the wider team on what is happening in the market.
  • MARKETING CALENDAR: responsible for owning the marketing calendar, ensuring it is always up to date and reflecting the one source of truth for all NPD & marketing plans.
  • BUDGET: Demonstrate high attention to detail, including the timely and accurate raising of Purchase Orders to deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget in partnership with the SMM.
  • COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION: Build collaborative relationships and excellent communication with key internal and external stakeholders including Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales & Education, Retail Operations, Field team and Suppliers.
  • OTHER: Provide administrative marketing team support as needed such as retailer meeting preparation, product send outs & marketing cupboard maintenance, open communication with field team for feedback.

Who you will work with

In this role you will be reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager and work along side a Marketing Executive

About you
  • Previous experience in a Marketing Assistant/Executive position or similar; at least
  • Digitally native and good knowledge of all digital marketing channels
  • Have a flexible, positive ‘can-do’, and professional attitude
  • Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills and show great attention to detail and be results-driven
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Pro-active and able to work off your own initiative
  • Adept in managing multiple stakeholders
  • An excellent communicator, able to effectively articulate your point of view
  • Comfortable presenting, able to and transfix your audience through visual and verbal storytelling
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills
  • A natural curiosity, passion, and love/obsession for the beauty industry
  • Must be open to regional and international travel
