Role Overview
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and motivating the store team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain stock levels, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store. You’ll be part of Team Leader team for overseeing the entire store, driving sales, and ensuring the highest operational standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Pay: £11.74-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and motivating the store team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain stock levels, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store. You’ll be part of Team Leader team for overseeing the entire store, driving sales, and ensuring the highest operational standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support the store team during shifts to maximise Sales and customer service goals.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained, displays are well-merchandised, and the store is clean and welcoming.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling, tills, and any reporting during your shifts.
- Work closely with senior management/owner to implement company policies and initiatives.
- Previous retail or supermarket experience is essential, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Pay: £11.74-£12.00 per hour
