This is a varied role where you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care within our Community Mental Health Service. You will work independently under the leadership of Registered Nurses, building therapeutic relationships with patients, families and carers, and helping to meet both physical and mental health needs.
You will also support the safe management of risk, reporting incidents and safeguarding concerns in line with Trust policy. To support your development, you will have access to supervision, mentorship and role-specific training. This opportunity offers the chance to further your skills and gain valuable experience within community mental health nursing, while being part of a supportive and professional team.
