The Head of Academic Standards is a role integral to the development of our pupils: educationally, physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. This is an opportunity to further promote the school’s non-negotiables of high achievement, inclusion, and development of the whole child through the monitoring of academic and pastoral provision, ensuring behaviour, attendance and uniform are to the highest standards, and motivating and developing your year team of tutors, amongst other responsibilities.
