About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a range of primary, secondary, and SEND schools. Whether you're looking for day-to-day placements, short-term roles, or longer-term assignments, we have a variety of opportunities to suit your availability and career aspirations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and physical disabilities.
  • Assisting teachers in delivering tailored education plans.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Helping students with personal care and emotional regulation where necessary.
  • Engaging with students through one-to-one or group support.

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have a genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEN.
  • Are patient, adaptable, and empathetic.
  • Hold relevant experience or qualifications in SEN support (desirable but not essential).
  • Are confident working in primary, secondary, or specialist SEND settings.
  • Have a valid DBS (or are willing to undergo one).
