Customer Service Office Administrator

£25,000 to £27,000pa d.o.e, LE11 2PZ, 33 days holiday, 8.30am till 5pm Mon to Thur 8.30am till 4.30pm Fri, Training, Parking, Permanent, Immediate, Permanent

Due to continued success and expansion plane, a head office location has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Office Administrator to join them. You will provide support to all customers and internal management team, for a company who supply their specialist products throughout the UK:

  • Answering all incoming to the department via telephone, email and online portal
  • Processing all customer orders on Sage200, monitoring stock levels, processing replenishment stock from outsourced manufacturing partner
  • Arranging transportation with couriers, monitoring their performing and highlight any SLA issues
  • Daily updating internal database base
  • Preparing all documentation that is needed for deliveries
  • Compiling data for management reports as and when required (Excel)
  • Adhoc administration duties as required to support the business
We would expect the successful Customer Service Office Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Mircrosoft Office (Excel), knowledge of Sage 200 would be advantageous. Be an excellent communicator and have a friendly, positive, confident telephone manner.

You will be support 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within sales administration, account management or a customer service administration position, from a construction or manufacturing background

You will be joining an small friendly administration team, in an established company who have been established for over 40 years, and has an enviable reputation in their specialised field of products. Working directly for the logistics director, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
