Leaving Care Support Worker - Full time - South Wales

You will work closely with social workers, educators, and other professionals to create and implement personalised support plans.

What you will need to succeed:

• Experience or qualifications within social care or education are highly beneficial.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel across South Wales (mileage is paid).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with young people.
• Knowledge of the challenges faced by care leavers and strategies to support them.
• Flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude.
