Autism Support Worker | Leeds | £87.30 - £100 per day | Immediate Start
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Autism Support Worker to join one of our partner schools.
This rewarding role involves working in a specialist setting, supporting students with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, and other additional learning barriers.
You will play a key part in engaging students who may be disengaged from learning, helping them overcome challenges and encouraging their participation in school life.
The school, which has an excellent reputation, is easily accessible by both car and public transport.- Strong behaviour management skills and techniques.
- Experience working with learners who have diverse needs, particularly ASC and SEMH.
- The ability to inspire and re-engage young learners using a range of methods.
- Commitment to long-term work within the school.
- Previous experience supporting KS3/KS4 learners is essential.
