Management Accountant - Tamworth
Location: Staffordshire
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Robert Half is delighted to be recruiting exclusively on behalf of their client a Commercial Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance & operations team. Your expertise will contribute to driving and improving business performance in a growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to End Management Accounts including; Journals, Accruals, Prepayments, Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Deliver robust, accurate, and timely management information to support decision-making and improve overall performance.
- Provide end-to-end management accounting, ensuring a complete and clear financial picture for the business.
- Support cash management processes and provide insights to optimise financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with multiple operational and commercial stakeholders to align financial insights with strategic objectives.
- Prepare, analyse, and present financial reports, ensuring key stakeholders have the data needed to drive growth and efficiency.
- Investigate variances and provide commercial insights to identify risks and opportunities.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and identify areas to enhance business performance.
About You:
- Proven experience in end-to-end management accounting, with a strong commercial focus.
- Ideally, some experience in cash management and cash flow forecasting.
- A curious and inquisitive mindset, always seeking to challenge the status quo and drive improvements.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Part-qualified, fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), or studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (study support available).
