We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team in Newtownabbey. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and that our administrative processes run smoothly.

Your new role

You will join a vibrant team in a busy modern office environment based in Newtownabbey with ample free onsite carparking and excellent public transport services.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Scheduling: Coordinate service schedules, ensuring timely and efficient deployment of technicians to customer sites.
Administrative Support: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and invoicing.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, technicians, and internal team members.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all service activities.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on service performance and customer feedback.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in customer service and administration.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Qualifications: Experience working with an engineering contractor is highly desirable.

Knowledge of air conditioning systems and services is a plus.

What you'll get in return

Salary range: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
