Administrative Assistant - III
The successful candidate will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders and integrate seamlessly with the support staff team. Adaptability and strong relationship management skills are crucial.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders.
- Manage priorities and resolve issues independently.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adjust to changing situations and manage relationships effectively.
- Handle and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Schedule complex travel arrangements, including international trips.
- Plan and coordinate events.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and other computer applications.
- Experience with SAP for processing purchase orders, payment requests, and running reports.
- Familiarity with ARIBA for raising and managing purchase orders.
- Strong secretarial and clerical skills with a history of high performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
