Contract: PermanentLocation: This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office in Newcastle 3 times a week
Hours per week: 37
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience
About the role
We’re excited to be looking for Customer Relationship Executive to join our Group Sales team, where you'll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships, onboarding and retaining a portfolio of existing customers, providing unmatched, proactive engagement across the NCFE product portfolio.You will be accountable for identifying and maximising commercial opportunities, fostering business growth and building customer loyalty within your designated portfolio of accounts.
You’ll be responsible for building proactive, positive and trusted relationships with stakeholders within our existing customers through a tailored, customer centric and data driven approach which understands and anticipates customer needs and risk and embraces a highly productive and efficient mindset.

How you’ll make an impact:
- Devising proactive solutions for customers, working with internal and external resource to actively solve customer queries and problems
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to accurately identify business critical opportunities and risks, and record through the appropriate CRM process
- Developing a multi-level relationship with clients from the outset, engaging with them and taking ownership of their customer journey with NCFE
- Generating leads and identifying opportunities for growth
