Temporary Administrator - Immediate Start
LOCATION: Yeovil, Somerset
HOURLY RATE: Up to £13.50 per hour (DOE)
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

This is a temporary role for up to 12 weeks, starting immediately therefore you must be able to commit to the full duration.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Answering calls and assisting with queries
- Diary management
- Updating the internal system
- Raising jobs
- Typing up letters
- Forwarding new customer enquiries to the correct team
- Filing/scanning
- Meeting and greeting visitors
Essential skills and qualities:
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Strong IT skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional customer care skills and willingness to go the extra mile
