- Acting as the friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience in every interaction.
- Maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Collaborating with a supportive team to continually improve customer service standards.
