About the Role
The Technology Director will lead the technology strategy of a fast-growing and forward-thinking organisation. This role is ideal for an experienced technology leader looking to make a significant impact by driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring a secure and scalable technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage a small IT and technology team, including cybersecurity.
- Oversee integration of third-party systems, including AI, to drive efficiency.
- Ensure data security, GDPR compliance, and cyber resilience.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology budgets.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech trends and innovations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking.
- Advise leadership on key technology and business decisions.
- Proven experience as a Technology Director or Head of Technology.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in high-growth or regulated industries.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and cybersecurity.
- Deep knowledge of GDPR and IT compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing budgets and cost-effective tech solutions.
