Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Winchester, UKContract type: Permanent, Full time.
Working hours: 7 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.50 per hour
About the role
Supervising your team, you will be responsible for various activities from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning and flower bed maintenance for clients across the Winchester area. This is a unique opportunity to enhance your current career, be trained to a high standard and challenge yourself in an encouraging and friendly environment!
Requirements- Previous experience working in Grounds Maintenance
- Previous experience as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader would be advantageous
- Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and work well in a team
- A full valid UK driving licence.
- PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential
