About Our Client

Our client is based in Southampton and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the customer service team is looking for additional support.

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns.
• Provide customers with clear and accurate information about products and services.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements during all interactions.
• Assist with additional tasks as required within the customer service department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Agent should have:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
