Requirements for the Valuer / Sales Manager Role:
- Proven success in property listings
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Demonstrated ability to gain new instructions and win business
- In-depth knowledge of the Ipswich & surrounding area property market
- Management experience
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
- Full UK driving license

Key responsibilities as a Valuer / Sales Manager:
- Generate new business and conduct valuations from leads provided
- Managing the branch to achieve success
- Negotiate offers and manage the sales process
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and high service standards
