Process Project Manager (Manufacturing)
Forseven, a revolutionary company is looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, are seeking a Manufacturing Business Process Project Manager to join our highly skilled Manufacturing team.
The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.
As the Manufacturing Business Process Project Manager, you will manage the Manufacturing business process design and systems implementation and readiness. You will also be managing projects with FORSEVEN’s business peers (Engineering, Product, Sales, Procurement), FORSEVEN IT and our Contract Manufacturing partner whilst ensuring in-time robust Manufacturing related systems interface solutions and processes.
What you will do:
- Manage all process definition and implementation projects within FORSEVEN Manufacturing
- Be the primary interface for Manufacturing related process projects in FORSEVEN and with our manufacturing partner
- Manage projects to define Vehicle Assembly and Sub-Assembly, Manufacturing Quality and Material Planning and Logistics interface processes between FORSEVEN or our
- Undertake regular site visits to Contract Manufacturing facility to support interface systems validation, training and operational reviews as required
Who you are:
- Experience of managing complex process definition and implementation projects in the Automotive manufacturing and/or supply chain sector
- Business process requirements capture and/or modelling experience
- ·Business System Experience (PLM-3Dex, ERP-SAP), including functional understanding of system integration flows
- Structured and organized approach and methodology with track record of successful process project management
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
- A calm multitasker who successfully manages, prioritises, and executes against tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
