What the school offers its staff
Orchard Fields Community School is an Oxfordshire County Council maintained two-form entry non-denominational school in Banbury. We were graded ‘Good’ with an Outstanding Early Years and for the Welfare of our pupils for our last Ofsted inspection in February 2019 and are actively working towards achieving outstanding in all areas for our next Ofsted inspection.
As a school, we strive to recognise and develop children’s personal strengths and talents. Our pupils are well-behaved, enthusiastic learners and our teaching team is welcoming, hardworking and supportive.
We are looking for an outstanding practitioner to work in one of our Nursery classes; some experience in an Early Years setting is essential and in a Nursery would be advantageous. We are looking for someone who is able to plan a stimulating, challenging and fun personalised curriculum.This is a good opportunity for a talented, ambitious teacher to join our dedicated staff team.
