Cover Supervisor Jobs

Pay: £100-£130 a day

Hays Education are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our team in the Dudley area. Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time work, flexible or fixed days, we have opportunities that can fit your schedule. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classrooms, ensuring that students remain on task with their work, and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.

• Flexibility: Choose the days and hours that suit you best. We offer both part-time and full-time positions with flexible or fixed days.
• Local Work: With over 10 years of experience working with local schools in the Dudley area, we can offer you work in locations that are convenient for you, including Dudley town centre, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Brierley Hill, Kingswinford, Sedgley alongside local Wolverhampton, Walsall and Birmingham areas.

• At least 6 months of experience as a Cover Supervisor or working with large groups of children that we can reference (within the last 2 years)
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
