Groups and Events Billing Coordinator
At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking to for a Groups and Events Billing Coordinator to join the growing team with an immediate start.

As our Groups and Events Billing Coordinator you will be expected to assist the groups and events team with invoices, whilst considering client preferences and providing additional backup documentation when required. You will also liaise with Banqueting Operations to ensure that all the charges are allocated correctly to support accurate billing.As billing coordinator, you are responsible for managing and chasing all relevant deposits for the Events and Groups Team, generating invoices and payment links where necessary. You will be required to identify and post bank transfers and assist with any credit card or credit application questions that may arise.
Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you have a keen eye for detail as you will be posting all the charges for any custom packages. In addition to this you will be asked to support the Reservations or Sales Teams with invoices when requested, assist the event planning team with small meetings if and when needed, alongside general administration duties.
