What You'll Do:
- Maintain and update training databases with utmost accuracy ?
- Communicate effectively with students, confirming training dates and accommodation ?
- Plan and conduct engaging new student inductions using PowerPoint ?
- Ensure all student documentation is complete and up-to-date ?
- Provide top-notch customer service, responding to queries professionally ?
- Collaborate with various departments to foster teamwork and efficiency ?
What You Bring:
- Strong administrative experience (essential)
- Familiarity with medical terminology (desirable)
- Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ?
- A positive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment!
