You will be responsible for all aspects of Site Management and the leadership and management of the Facilities teams encompassing a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the fabric and grounds of the Academy. This includes:SecurityCleaningMonitoring Contracts and ContractorsPlanned Maintenance (PPM)Minor repairsRefurbishments.You will advise the Academy Principal and Core Facilities & Estates teams on suggested improvements to the Academy environment; enhancing the productivity and efficiency of Site Management by balancing both risk levels and budgets.This is a permanent, full time position (37 hours per week) for 52 weeks of the year.About our AcademyAt Thomas Middlecott Academy we believe that all students are entitled to a rigorous curriculum with knowledge at its core.
