Mortgage Administrator - Remote (South West)
- Basic Salary up to £24k (DOE) - £30k+ OTE
- MINIMUM 1 year's mortgage administration experience

My client is seeking a forward thinking, detail-oriented and organised mortgage administrator to join their team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting my clients mortgage operations, supporting their advisor partners and their customers ensuring a seamless mortgage and protection process.You will be managing and overseeing various administrative tasks from the point of application all the way through to completion.
Enjoy the flexibility of their strong hybrid working model, where you will be predominantly home-based, with the option to work from their beautiful Bath office at your discretion, with a minimum requirement of once per month.
The ideal candidate will be hard-working, with a proactive mindset, a strong understanding of mortgage procedures, excellent written & communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What is on offer?- Basic salary up to £24,000 (DOE)
- OTE £30k+
- Uncapped commission/bonus scheme
- Remote working (One day per month in their Bath office)
- Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
- Full in-house training and support to help you fulfil the duties of your role
- Proactively progressing Mortgage & Protection applications through to completion
- Discussing additional services with clients, creating opportunities for your uncapped commission
- Consistently achieve and exceed targets, driving success for you and the team
- Regular liaison with lenders, BDM’s, providers, solicitors and clients to obtain updates and ensure a smooth process from start to finish
- Ensuring all documents are uploaded and communications are recorded on the appropriate systems within network timescales
- Maintain a clean and reflective company pipeline
- MINIMUM 1 year’s mortgage administration experience
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and always put them first
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team and adhere to strict deadline under pressure
- Basic knowledge of the mortgage process and regulations
