Retail Assistant

Remuneration: £12 p/hour

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Deliver high-quality customer service, adhering to our client's standards
• Welcome and engage customers, offering assistance and product recommendations
• Conduct sampling activities in-store and out-of-store
• Process payments at the till

Retail Standards:

• Maintain our client's retail standards throughout the day
• Ensure proper replenishment, display, and pricing of products
• Actively sell and promote promotional items and offers
• Perform daily cleaning duties within the store

Operational Standards:

• Ensure operational excellence according to our client's standards
• Manage stock replenishment, counting, rotation, and recording
• Comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment
