Location: Bournemouth and surrounding areaSalary: £25,000 rising to £26,250 after successful completion of probation

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interaction
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and update systems as required
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Salary & Benefits:

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 5:00pm 1 in 6 Saturdays, 9:00am – 12:00pm
