What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking for someone to join our Psychology Department as either a Teacher of Psychology or Head of Psychology.Applications are welcome from ECTs, qualified teachers and Heads of Departments, looking to broaden their experience in a high achieving, selective Grammar School.Please get in touch at recruitment@kevigs.lincs.sch.uk if you would like to have an initial discussion with someone about the role prior to application.

The successful candidate will have experience of teaching Psychology from KS5 and if hoping to secure a Head of Department post, be able to demonstrate that they have the skills and experience to manage a department, maintaining the high standards achieved at KEVIGS.
