To be responsible for an allocated caseload within the ADHD medication clinic. Provide specialist clinical advice to the young person, carers, staff, statutory agencies, third sector partner agencies and the public. Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team ensuring that high quality individualised care is delivered which ensure safety and commitment to promoting recovery and well-being maximising independence.
To work autonomously, as well as being able to work in small MDTs (pods) and with the wider ADHD Clinic team, including Medics, NMPs, Community Practitioners, Clinical Support Assistants. Coordinate treatment planning and interventions, reviews and discharge planning.
