Real Estate Lawyer. Temporary Assignment. 3+ PQE
It is anticipated that the caseload will comprise of 70% commercial real estate and 30% high-end residential real estate matters.
The successful individual will work closely with a senior Real Estate Lawyer (who works part time) and can expect to be involved in a full range of real estate matters to include commercial lettings and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, investment matters, dealing with administrators and corporate support work.The team are also handling a couple of high value residential transactions, which the successful individual will be involved in. It is, therefore, important that the successful individual has experience in handling both commercial real estate and high-end residential property transactions.
It is likely that the successful individual will be able to demonstrate:
- Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales
- Upwards of 3 years' PQE in handling Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate caseloads
- Experience gained from notable law firms in the City or regionally
- Proven ability to manage a diverse Real Estate caseload and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills specific to real estate transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building effective working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- The ability to start a new role immediately or at short notice
- Enthusiasm to work on a temporary basis
- The ability to commit to a contract for the duration of the year
