Family Legal Secretary
A great opportunity has arisen for a Family Legal Secretary to join a small, reputable law firm based in Sutton Coldfield, known for its down-to-earth and friendly atmosphere!
The Role:
Our client is seeking a Family Legal Secretary who can support a senior solicitor with all aspects of the day-to-day management of her caseload. The role will involve drafting letters, managing the diary, handling new enquiries, assessing circumstances, arranging appointments, preparing bundles and other administrative and typing duties.
About You:
To be considered as a Family Legal Secretary within this team, you must have at least:
- 1 year of experience within a family law as an assistant or legal secretary
- Excellent customer care and communication skills
- The ability to quickly pick up IT and case management software, etc
