Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to take the next step in your educational career? We’re seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to become a valued member of our friendly and hardworking team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is ready to broaden their responsibilities and further develop their professional skills. Working closely with the Deputy SENCo, you will play a key role in supporting our students in Key Stage 4, particularly through delivering targeted English interventions and contributing to the SEND pathway.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for helping students thrive and reach their full potential.
  • Brings creativity and confidence to the classroom, using imaginative approaches to inspire learning.
  • Is a flexible, proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Holds a HLTA qualification or is keen to train towards achieving it.
