Accounts Payable Administrator - Search Consultancy

£26,000 - £32,000

I am partnered with a reputable company in the heart of Glasgow City Centre to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator. Join a dedicated small accounts team supporting branches nationwide. We seek candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and value being part of a company that appreciates their contributions.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

• Prioritise and handle general office tasks under pressure
• Process and pay expense invoices after departmental approval
• Manage accounts payable for stock, matching invoices to GRNs
• Address supplier queries and perform monthly reconciliations
• Update ledgers and perform general bookkeeping duties
• Run weekly and monthly supplier payment reports

• Previous experience in an accounts payable role or similar
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience handling large volumes of work
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
