Night Support Worker
We are looking for recruit experienced support workers in the Retford area to work nights in a modern residential care setting alongside existing staff to provide bespoke support for residents. Our client specialises in assisting and looking after females with various mental health conditions and learning disabilities.
Your general duties will include assisting service users with their daily life, personal care, supporting their physical and mental wellbeing, engaging in fun activities to promote the highest quality of life, and providing company and emotional support.

To be suitable for this position you must have:- An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
- Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving and Handling training
- A Referenceable work history
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
This is an ongoing role
The hours are 20:00 to 08:00 on varying days between Monday and Sunday.
Pay rate for this role is £12.75 per hour
