Benefits & Perks:Competitive salaryOpportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organisationFlexible working hours Responsibilities:As the Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for:Supervising the work of the bookkeeper, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial record-keepingPreparing comprehensive monthly management accounts using Sage, including detailed reports and analyses for directorsCompiling and preparing annual accounts for review and presentation to directors, external accountants, and auditorsManaging and submitting accurate quarterly VAT returns in a timely mannerAssisting management with cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and other financial analysis as neededGenerating and presenting various financial reports and data to aid in decision-makingAdvising directors on recommending and implementing new controls and procedures to enhance financial efficiency and governancePerforming other related duties to support the companys financial objectives and strategic goals Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:To be successful in this role, you must have:Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ICAS, CIMA or ACCA)Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting principles and practisesProficiency in Sage and MS Office, particularly ExcelExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently Technologies:Sage accounting softwareMS Office Suite, particularly Excel How to Apply:If you have the skills and experience required for this role, please submit your application ASAP.
