ARNE is an apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, via ARNEclo.com. We have recently branched out and are now also available via Selfridges both in store and online.
We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media, CRM activity and further international growth to amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.
Reporting to our Head Of Ecommerce, you’ll be responsible for the end to end onsite customer journey, website and mobile app development roadmap, the improvement of conversion rate and KPI improvements along side managing and developing a team capable of managing 3 websites and apps.

Requirements- Own the end to end bi-weekly product launch process and schedule
- Developing, executing, and driving an ecommerce strategy which ensures maximum productivity through the use of marketing KPI’s, such as conversion rate, AOV, revenue, profitability, site speed etc.
- Using customer data to map the ideal customer journey and manage the improvement roadmap to align with business key strategies with key audiences
- Analyse customer journey profiles to ensure ARNE provides the most optimal experience, identifying and implementing ways to improve
- Manage the onsite AB testing project, constantly reviewing opportunities to improve PLP, PDP, homepages, filters, search and checkout
- Drive the evolution of our ecommerce strategy, aligning it with business aspirations, promotional activities and insights from different teams
- Manage the ARNE onsite Content plan ensuring optimisation of content areas, working with the creative teams to gain insight into forward thinking content vision
- Manage and develop the Ecommerce team to have ownership of site trading and merchandising, ensuring prime product visibility, synchronised promotions, and optimised sales results and conversion
- Obsess over web and app conversion and install the same approach to the whole ecommerce team
- Collaborate with marketing, product and buying teams to drive the efficiency of product selling and consistency between channels
- Deliver insights in weekly trading meetings with multiple level stakeholders
- Own the process documentation across all areas of the Ecommerce Team
- Manage a growing Ecommerce team of 6 people, developing their skill set and driving personal growth
